Representing Crown Agents (UK Government) I was assigned as the Chief Systems Designer to the Taxation Reform Project in Jamaica. A World Bank funded project.
I was responsible for managing an international team of technology and taxation experts. My team was responsible for developing a detailed functional and software design, application architecture, security and disaster recovery plan for the Government’s complete reformation of Tax within the country.
I was required to also provide effort costing for the whole development and testing phases of the project and for liaison with senior officials from the Ministry or Finance.
